Yes. We do ship internationally. The cost of shipping may vary with your location and quantity ordered. You can send us an email on hello@luguahnaturals.com to ask about your specific order and location.

This depends on your location. We will advise on delivery costs once you give us the delivery address.

Within Nairobi and environs, we use riders to make the deliveries. To the rest of Kenya we use courier services by the respective bus companies. Internationally we use DHL.

For delivery within Kenya we deliver within 24 hours on weekdays, 48hours over the weekend. For international deliveries that depends on tthe location and courier availability.

Yes. Our website is secure to keep the data you input, safe. We also capture only data that is useful to your delivery or your query. For payments, we do not save your card details.

We use a payments partners that allows us to accept multiple payment opetions. You can pay by card, mobile money, bank transfer or cash on delivery (for orders in Kenya only).

You can click on the product you like on the website and add to cart and follow the steps to complete your order. You an also use the WhatsApp order option which is available on the secondary menu on the website.

No you do not. However you can create an account to make it easy to make subsequent orders.
